In some IPDS towns, the town-borders are shared with RAPDRP towns. This shared borders are already metered by RAPDRP town's Border Meters.
To calculate the input energy of such IPDS towns, the import and export energy readings of these meters also have to be considered. This data is available in RAPDRP MDAS and it has to be imported to this page.
These meters may be belonging to different RAPDRP feeders.
We do not require the reading of these feeder meters, as the substation is not within the IPDS town.
The structure of this page requires a feeder and its associated border meters, all the shared border meters are assigned to a non-existant feeder and given the name RAPDRP-town_id. The import of these meters shall be trated as export here and vise versa.
